S&W 18-4

I have two questions about a S&W 18-4. First ,fair price for a 18-4, in original box. I would rate it 95%+. Also would it come original with the diamond grips.


Owner is asking $800, seems alittle high just not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's about right. I've seen them a lot higher. I valued my 18 at $750 4 or 5 years ago, so 800 isn't too bad.

The 18-4 was released in 1977, about 10 years after the smooth diamond disappeared from the Magna stocks. So, no.

In todays world that a fair price. My last one was $750 a couple of months ago. No box and probably 90% condition wise.

I saw the same 18-4 and if I was in Houston, I would buy it! Excellent price.

That is a fair price for a nice shooter. Auctions asking a lot more but not selling.

I picked this 18-4 up. Posted in the other forum since it is a 1981 model but almost posted in this forum because the barrel is Pinned.
