S&W 22A-1 Magazine bases

Hi, Are there any better/stronger mag bases for the S&W 22a -1 rimfire magazines. I have have two that the retainer edge as broken off and the mag flys to pieces.

I have the same gun but never had a problem with any of the three magazines I have for it so I'm unable to help much. I am, however, baffled as to why this happened to you.

Not sure about the shipping to you, but S&W would most likely send you replacements no charge. I've never had any break on me but there could have been a bad run of them at one time.
