1911 Replacement Base Plates?

I have an E-Series 1911 in 45acp and two of my plastic factory magazine base plates have broken off. I have searched online for replacements and have not found any from S&W.

Does anyone know where I can get replacements? Or if not, what size are they so I can buy aftermarket base plates?
