If it still exists for the M3000 shotgun, this man has it. The vendor is quite pleasant to deal with, and I've purchased from him several times. As I understand it, most of S&W's shotgun parts inventory was sold to LSG. If you are referring to the swivel stud mounted atop the Choate-made side-folder, you need to put an Uncle Mike's QD swivel on there. Once it's mounted, you can attach a single-point sling. LSG furnished me with a magazine tube cap with a swivel stud installed, but I have yet to use it.
