I found a Smith and Wesson 310 Night Guard 10mm locally for sale. The gun has original box, moon clips and seems to be in 98% condition. I can't find much information on recent pricing. Please help on a realistic decent price I should pay for it. Thank you!

I don't have a book of gun values and cannot find any model 310's for sale on the interwebz, but...
I would venture to guess that a model 310 Night Guard would fetch at least 1300 to 1900 dollars, or likely much more, based on the cost of "rare" model S&W revolvers.
Maybe someone will come along and correct me, but that's my best estimate.

All S&W Night Guard revolvers in very good condition with box and papers seem to be in the asking range of $2500 or quite a bit north of that! Sometimes way more! Of course sellers may ask for that but getting that price is a different story. They are not getting any cheaper, this much I know and the 310 NG is a somewhat more rare NG I believe.
I seem to remember a LNIB 310 NG selling on GB for well over 3k in 2021. I think $2500 is probably a “fair” price. I’m no pricing expert but I happen to want a 310 NG too so I’m always looking. I’m kicking myself for not getting any model NG earlier when they were priced considerably lower 5 or more years ago. My brother lucked into a 629 NG at a LGS 2-3 years ago for $800. He jumped on it! Even the clerk was shaking his head, but apparently an ignorant manager set the price. At that time it was worth twice that easily. My brother should be arrested for robbery.
If it’s listed for $1300 run, no drive at warp speed and buy it right now and if ANYONE knows of a 310 NG for $1300 for the love of God please let me know! Hell any NG! In all seriousness, it’s probably worth $2500 or more, $2000 would be a pretty great deal, anything under $2000 would be seriously outstanding, and under $1500 run as fast as you can and buy now or sooner if possible!
