Finally got a 44 mag night guard.
I prefer porting on my snubbys to enhance their shoot ability (for me).
I really want to send this off to manga port but am concerned about decreasing the guns value.
Should I leave it as is?

I have a few ported guns and it does make a difference, however, that NG is light and I believe it wouldn't make that much of difference...that dog is gonna bite regardless. I'd leave it. Good luck and Congrats on the new purchase!

Personally would leave it alone. Great guns, Night Guards. NG386 here, wish I would have bought one each...

I believe it would decrease your guns resale value. I'd leave it as is. Within my humble experience, Mag-na-port does reduce muzzle rise. But recoil is directed more straight back. Not for me.

Have to agree with V-Eight; that thing is gonna bite, regardless...

I'd try it with 44 spl before deciding. I don't think porting will make it more shootable with magnum loads to make it worthwhile.

It will decrease the value for most folks, but you're talking a Ben or two. Who cares

Thank you all. I really appreciate you taking the time to respond.
It will stay as is.
