I don't think any of us have been very helpful to the OP. Sorry, Drad. My 342s are carried only in backup mode, with something more powerful that carries more rounds as a primary. I love them because they are so light, and I hate them because they are so light. They can be carried comfortably forever, in ways heavier guns cannot. They are also substantially harder to shoot and control than are heavier guns. If you are willing to put in the practice to learn to shoot them well, and are willing to put up with their shortcomings, they are good carry guns. Lose the lock, though. Thankfully, my 342Tis were made pre-lock.
