Hi guys , I have a S&W 539 two clips nice condition cardboard box + plastic carrying case, how much should I be asking for it ? Thanks new here.

I suspect you're going to offer a wee bit more information to get a better answer than, "Ask whatever you want for it. What someone might *pay* for it is a different issue." :D

It's 9mm

Heres in depth info, Smith & Wesson 539 is a traditional double-action 9x19mm caliber pistol, part of S&W's '2nd Generation' semiauto line. All steel frame and slide version of the alloy framed Smith & Wesson 439 and stainless steel Smith & Wesson 639. Eight shot magazine, 4 inch barrel, blue or nickel finish. Adjustable rear sight with a short production run of a fixed-sight version. The fixed sight version is rare.

I believe I have seen this for sale on a Website that favors the local folks of CA. I think it will sell fairly quickly in the $500-$600. Over $600 and you may have to wait for that one buyer a little longer. If you were local to me, I'd be interested. Good luck

There's a similar-looking gun on gunbroker now, with no bids on a $500 reserve (last time I looked).
I paid $535 for a "like new, perfect finish, test-fired only" example last week. Should arrive tomorrow.
