S&W 625 3 Inch - Value?

Thinking about letting this one go and was wondering what price range. I have yet to see another 3 incher for comparison. It's a 625-3, .45 ACP, with S&W Combat stocks - no box or papers though...

Here in CA, which is always priced high, I saw one sell for $800 with box and papers, in about 30 seconds. I didn't even have time to even check my bank balance to see if I could buy it. This was about six months ago.

I just saw one sell in a local shop in less than 5 minutes after being brought in for consignment for $695. It was in excellent condition, box but no docs or tools, wearing original Pachmayr Grippers. It came with 5 moon clips.
