Anyone here care to lighten the DA feature of my revolver? My course of fire requires single-handed DA firing. Single-action is just fine. My Dealer would send it back to the factory, no guarantee of results. Home brewed gunsmithing from dedicated forum members might be the answer. Randy

I have done many of them and add Wolff springs.
You can go pretty light on DA, but be advised that the use of Federal primers will be a necessity.
Had one done at S&W along with repair work and the results were comparable. It even came back with a Wolff mainspring.
