Need some info. I purchased this revolver 2 years ago from a local cop and he believed it was a Lew Horton model. There is no box or paperwork to verify where this run S&W 629-4's were sent too. Thank you,

Yes, like 75vette said, Earl Minot is very responsive. If it is a Lewis Horton gun he'll send you a letter and any other info he has on it.

I sent earlier an email last night about a gun I purchased yesterday and I got a response this morning. Fast turn around. He even asked for my address to send me a letter. A couple of years ago I had the same experience requesting info on a 629-4 just like yours.
