I found one of these in a pawn shop today. 6" stainless barrel (do they come in any other length)?

Looks to be in great shape, with accompanying leather holster.

What made the -1 different from the no dash?

Would you have bought?

Could be wrong, but I think the -1 was for the new style rear sight assembly, and the top strap being drilled & tapped for a scope base. Probably some other stuff, but those were the biggies.

I haven't seen -1's with barrel lengths other than 6-inch, but would not be surprised to learn there were 4 and 8 3/8-inch versions.

Would I have bought? Depends on the price. What did you pay? They make great squirrel guns, among other things, and usually sell at a premium.

According to SCSW4 it was only available in 6". The -1 was a 1994 change to rear sight leaf, change extractor, drill & Tap top strap, and add Hogue grips. It was made from 89-94 and reintroduced again 2003 to 2005 when it was discontinued again.
