I upgraded my 686 LH with another, in better shape and original (I assume) combat grips. $830. This was a few months ago.

Keeping this old thread going. I dug some stuff out of an overflow safe at my office to possibly sell and help one of my kids out with some new tires. I picked this up from a co-worker years ago when he needed some $. I always knew it was a mean chunk of steel and loved the grips. After reading through this whole thread, I think I may just shoot it, clean it up, and stick it back in the safe.

I was allready to take my 686-6 Plus up to my local gun shop to put it on sale with the 5 other revolvers of mine on sale.

I didn't know what I would be asking. Well this thread showed up and I am glad I found it.

Saw a 686-1 in the box at the Tulsa Arms show for $1695, box was not in very good shape. Pistol had been shot but was in excellent shape.
I was watching this no dash on GB, and it went for almost $2200.
