WOW!! I really don't know what to tell you , the seller could most likely get 6 hundred for it . You don't see many come up for sale anymore and when they do they are gone fast . I have a 3913nl a Shield 9 plus a CS9, the CS is my constant companion . Since I got the gun it has probably had a case of Montana Gold 124 grn HPs shot through it with out a hiccup . If I see a CS9s come up for sale I will be one of the guys your bidding against , at a LGS it's a immediate buy . If I already owned a CS9s I would try to get a CS9.

I hope this helps .

The blued TDA versions are a little less costly than other versions of the CS9. A similar gun as pictured above has been available in a local pawn/gun shop for several weeks.

It is offered with box and 2 magazines @ < $450. In pretty good condition.

I have a few different 39xx models including a prerail 3913TSW and a Kahr PM9 so the CS9 really fills no niche for me at this time.

Having said that, at one time I had the whole set; CS 9, 40 & 45. Just never warmed up to them. The 9 was as accurate as you would ever want for a self defense pistol.

If I had gotten a set of Big a Dog grips for them I might have felt different about them.

I have been looking for a CS9 for a couple of years. I haven't found one close by so I'm still looking. If you don't buy it and it's still for sale, let me know.

I hesitate to mention this because I'm not sure I want to go through the process of an interstate sale. I have a blue CS9 that I've listed on a local gun forum. Lately there has been less interest in 3rd generation guns. That might be because people are scared off over the parts issue.

Good, that'll leave more for us serious 3rd gen lovers :D

What are you asking for it? if you don't mind.

I'd be interested if you will ship.

Mine was ugly when I bought it in the fall of 2010. The finish is not what I call durable.

It belongs to someone else now, and has been carried daily for three + years. It looks even worse for wear.

I love a gun that has serious edge wear. It shows the owner carried it for serious purposes. Not a safe queen. The new owner might be wearing the hell out of it, but he is betting his life on it, and I'll bet the insides are well taken care of.

They're hard to find but 650 seems to me to be high. I paid 400 for the CS9, and 425 for my CS40. The gun is solid shooter that falls right in line with EDC needs. Just not sure a year later after I bought my CS's that the price is a value. Especially a blued version. I'd negotiate it down or shop it deeper.

After many years of blued guns, I'm heavily leaning towards stainless & other coatings...
although, if I find something rare, like a pair of Lugers, I do tend to jump on 'em ;)

It scares people because parts are not easily available. I have never HAD to replace parts in any gun I've owned due to failure. I have altered or updated guns with new parts, but that was by choice.
My shooting buddy has a Ruger SP101. The firing pin broke at the range about a year ago. WHO HAS FIRING PINS for these? They still make these and part not available. I looked for him too with no luck. Bob
