Are there any markings on the "Quest for Excellence" guns to tell them apart from a standard ASP ? and any difference on a 39-2 vs a 439 ASP ?

I listed mine on gungroker. It appears to be the standared model as mine is not numbered like the 100 "Quest for Excellence" guns

Hey I just bought one of these in usual average carried condition with 3 mags and the original manual. I am interested in possibly selling it but what I really think Id like is one of the new Asp 2000 models in stainless steel. As I understand it the guy making the Asp 2000s got ill- and they have ceased production- but word was they might start putting them out again via a different gunsmith. Mine is for the real collector though I guess.

I purchased my ASP 39-2 in 1980. Have original catalog, correspondence regarding purchase, dated Manila envelope that contained info, 3 Ken Null holsters (inside belt, outside strong side, and shoulder holsters), magnetic magazine carrier with two extra magazines. Bought new by me and shot very little. I would appreciate any information on value.
