S&W at The Met

My wife and I celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary (Nov 22, 2024) in New York City. While there, we went to the Metropolitan Art Museum.

I saw this pretty little S&W at The Met.

Very nice picture. The MET has a terrific Arms and Armor collection, no safe queens there. Too bad they don't make .32 rimfire anymore! Happy 50th.

They used to have an extraordinary collection of Colt Peacemakers. They hid it behind a wall in the back of the Armor exhibit. I sincerely hope it is still there. It really is something to see.
