S&W email address ?

Anybody have an email address for S&W customer support ?
I have submitted a message using the inline contact form and not had a response.
Found an email address, [email protected], again no response.
Im having a problem with a new 617 and would like some feedback from S&W before talking to the distributor.

In this situation it is probably best to call them, 1-800-331-0852. They will probably email you a return label for a direct return to the factory, the distributor usually doesn't get involved. Hope everything works out.

The <[email protected]> is the address I used just recently and I received a reply within 24 hours. Maybe a phone call would be best?

Thanks, email is best as i want to be able to forward their reply.
I have emailed them three times in the last few weeks and no response at all.
Im in the UK and won't be able to return to S&W direct, it is very difficult, slow and expensive to move handguns in the UK, it took 9 months for delivery.
Gun is with a firearms dealer now waiting for collection to return back to the UK distributor but that could take another month, i just wanted some feedback from S&W before then.

I've used that email for birthdates for pistols. Usually get a response within 2 days.

Does S & W have a warranty repair site in the UK? Unless the distributor is allowed/authorized to exchange or repair your gun, that may be where the gun is headed.

They have a UK distributor and its heading back to them now but im not sure if they are any more than a distribution point.
With the hand gun situation here i don't expect anybody to be S&W trained or authorised to work on revolvers given the very small numbers in circulation.
