S&W Factory Magazines?

I have always been a big fan of S&W revolvers and I am relatively new to S&W semi autos. I am now a big fan of 3rd gen S&W semi autos. I am trying to make sure that I buy original factory magazines. I have noticed some sellers selling magazines as factory originals but they do not have the S&W emblem and caliber on them. Do some factory magazines not have the S&W emblem on them? I would really appreciate any information to help me determine if I am purchasing factory original S&W 3rd gen magazines. Buy the way, I now have a 6906, 4006 and 3913 and these are great guns. I have a Glock 40 cal and the S&W 4006 is now my favorite 40 cal.

As long as the magazines are either S&W or MecGar you'll be fine. MecGar makes the S&W magazines. There are others, such as Ramline, or Promag, but I haven't heard a lot of good about them.

S&WTom, read this thread, it should help clarify things. Not all S&W factory magazines have the logo on them.
