I need several sets of grip screws for S&W revolvers.
I have purchased some grips in the past and they came with what I believe were brass screws.
I really do not care if they are original or brass. Anyone have a source or specs on these grip screws. I have checked about every gun store in this area, but have not found anything.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Cobra,
It really depends on what era the grips are from. You can get some of the grips screws from S&W and on e-bay. What type of grips are you talking about? A picture or two of them would help.

If I read the OP correctly, originality is not important. If that's the case, just call S&W. They will mail screws for a nominal fee. I ordered some and they sent stainless steel. I believe that's all they stock now.

Thanks for the replies.
I need a grip screw for the S&W smooth target grip for the N frame 1980's era.
I also need some for the standard J frame grips from the 70's.
I will call S&W and see what they say. I checked their web site but did not find any grip screws. A search for grip screws came up with everything but the grip screw.
I will also check with Brownells.

I just downloaded the parts list from S&W. They list several grip screws. I just have to figure out which ones I need.
Thanks everyone.

Sir - I am out of the N frame target screws, however we have the std J frame screws. These are for the std size grips (round or square butt) - price $1.50ea, plus $2.00 shipping. Let me know at [email protected] - thanks, Judge

Cobra,
For grips that recent just call the factory and they will likely send them out for next to nothing. They don't much for parts on thier site so you'll have to call them.
