I just came home with my new little toy, its been stripped and cleaned a couple of times so far. I got the model with the thumb safety (I know you dont need one but I like them). Cant wait till next Tuesday to go to the range to see what it does.
You know we are suppose to be adults but we are just like a kid that got a new toy.:D

You'll really like it. Give the trigger some time to lose that gritty feeling, then you will hardly notice it at all. I don't even "feel" the trigger pull anymore, and I have not put in the much talked-about Apex kit.

Good luck and good shooting.
:D

Thanks guys and yes i will give a complete range report after I shoot it, id post pics of targets but cant figure this site out for picture posting.

Whtsmoke - Congratulations & Enjoy! :D
I agree with Chris A - the trigger smooths out a lot.

Have fun with your toys, I love my toys, just like you like yours.

Congrats on your new toy! I'll be picking up my 9c Tuesday ; ). Busabill are you enjoying the 45c?

i got a mp9c last month and still haven't made it to the range yet. so i'm right there with you on the anticipation. hope to go and shoot soon. let us know what you think.

I keep getting this message that I haven't posted in weeks so here is one.

You will love the 9mm M&P. I bought mine brand new and qualified for my carry permit within a week of purchase and it was the first time ever fired. I had no problems with this fantastic weapon, unlike my Kel-Tec PF9 that after three rounds the magazine came out!

I love the feel of my S&W M&P9 and it shoots reliably yours should also! Have fun but be careful and read the owners manual. You will have a hard time finding the sear deactivation lever and it is not necessary to use the tool in the grip to lower it, an ink pen or small screwdriver will work see page 21 figure 18a and 18b.

That is about all I have and hope you value your S&W M&P9 as much as I do mine!

quick note, i have a range report on my first outing but the wife is in the hospital so my time is occupied, sorry.
