I am trying to find out when this S&W model 27-5 was made or any information about the model. I can't find anything about the model even existing. Serial BPZ29xx.

I know I'm well late to the party here, but your 27-5 was probably made in either 1992 or 1993.
My first S&W ever was a 27-5 4" Blued. Love it. Still shoot it all the time.
