Does anyone know the serial numbers of the guns that have been recalled? I just picked up a used anib one and wondered if anyone knew the numbers. I searched before I posted but apparently do not know where to look. Thanks in advance for your help. Joe

Thanks for giving me the heads up.
I just requested a shipping label online for my PPK...XXXXBAF

Anyone know more details on the issue, and how many on the board that were affected?
Curious if they hook us up with a free mag or swag for the inconvenient?
That's usually the norm on recalls...

I'll consider myself lucky just to get my PPK/s back this year. I doubt that S&W has 90,000 extra magazines lying around to send with the repaired pistol. They may completely drop the line after this.

Them SOB's better hook us up!!!

I might put a message in the box, "Will take two 1076 mags for the inconvenience" Thank you, and come again!

hmmm maybe I should ask for a buy back or swap?
PPK for an M&P 45 sounds very fair!!!

I got my ppk/s back today . it was gone 3.5 months no goodies in the box for the trouble. going to the range thursday to try it out

jammed mag

I returned my ppks after they finally sent the labels, with a complaint about the razor sharp slide and a problem unique to mine? when I load a round in the chamber, I then have a problem withdrawing the mag to add a round. the next round in line has moved slightly forward and causes the mag to stick. If I jiggle it I can move the round enough to free the mag. This happens with all 4 of my mags. anyone else experience this? I have fired fewer than 50 rounds thru it.

shipped mine via my ffl in late march and he emailed
me to let me know mine is back at his shop

going to to pick it up today

cant wait! gonna test it hard and then it becomes
my main carry piece again

guess that means that the cs45 will retire for awhile
