S&W Model 17 Not ALLOWED IN CA.?

So what about someone moving to California? How does the list figure in? I've tried to figure out what can or can't be brought in by reading the DOJ website to no avail. I know I can't bring in my 15 round mags for the 910 or 5903. Heck, I don't think I could bring in my father's Glenfield 60 because the tube holds more than ten rounds, and I'd have to take the pistol grips off a couple of shotguns, too.

I believe .22 cal tubular magazines and tubular magazines of any caliber on lever action rifles are exempt.

Gryff, please accept my sincere thanks for your time and effort answering my question. If I understand correctly, my handguns are okay as long as I don't bring in those evil 12 or 15 round magazines, all my rifles are okay (the Glenfield, my 1894's, a 740 and a 760) and since my shotguns are pump action, they are classified legal even with the pistol grip since that restriction only applies to semi-autos (typical California).

Again, thank you so much! You get a huge thumbs up from me.
