Found this online. Serial number 747xx. SCSW has date range from 1949-1969 so I can't accurately date the gun. Seller states there is no s/n inside of the stocks. Says it's a 5 screw. Looks to me to be a 4 screw. But I will leave that up to the forum to help me decide that. Rates the gun at 98% and wants 650 delivered. Seems like 85% by the pics. I'm not sure if the seller understands what he has. Take a look at the pics and let know.
Box seems correct. End label still there but worn. Thanks to all.

Probably late 1950's if that's the original box. I think they called it the starburst box.

I can't stand the red background when taking gun pics. It is very tough to make a good assessment of the finish with that color. I see a couple dings on the edge of the top strap but I would say 90-95% based mostly on the pic with it in the box.

That is a 5 screw. The fifth screw is just in front of the trigger guard, and is pointing diagonally toward the cylinder, so it should be a pre-1960 manufacture.

Just wanted to know if it was worth the asking price and being correct. Thanks again to all.

That's a Terrier alright but they're only made in 38 S&W, 5 shot.

It is an Improved I frame with coil mainspring because of the 2nd style flat latch, which makes it a 5 screw (one side plate screw under the grip).

The serial # dates it to 2nd quarter of 1954 and it's now the highest # known Terrier Imp I frame in my database, before it was replaced with the Model of 1953 New Model I frame.

Not bad, but I agree, 90-94% tops with the dings. Maybe $600 with the box and without numbered grips. The grips do not look original although the correct vintage, because of the fit from what little I can see on the backstrap.
