S&W model 36 -5 shot 38 revolver

I'm looking at a model 36 that I'm considering Buying. It has a 2" barrel with a square butt. Condition is about 85-90% I think. It has some blue wear on some edges from holster use, and the finish of the original grips has some marks. I could get some pictures tomorrow evening if it would help. I believe it was made in 67. I looked it up and the prices are from $350 up.
My LGS said he would sell it to me for $300.
The price is right. Maybe to low and thinking maybe

It seems like a good price as described, so don't look a gift gun in the muzzle and buy it .

as long as the condition of these items check out: bore..lock up..timing.. forcing cone .. area above forcing cone (flame cutting) .. extractor rod .. firing pin ...Any rust and/or pitting on the frame, cylinder, bore, under the grips?... Any frame damage?... you are good to go and $300 for a S&W model 36 is a GOOD deal.
