S&W Model 38 Airweight Problem

I am looking for some advice regarding my model 38 Airweight. I had a case head separation last night and now my pistol refuses to work in single action for two of the five chambers. Double action works fine for all five chambers. Sounds to me like a part got screwed up but what part? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hard to say. For safety's sake though, I would have a competant, local gunsmith or S&W armorer have a look.

We might be able to help you diagnose the problem, but not without you sharing the symptoms with us; in what way does it "..refuse to work in single. action..."?
