I'm in Massachusetts so blanket Fed law could be improvement - as scary as that sounds. I would no longer be so limited in what is available for handguns. It will never happen but can always dream.
As long as they don't require:
Permit to buy gun
Permit to buy ammo
Permit to buy reloading equipment
Permit to buy accessories
Registration in any way, shape, or form.
Records of transactions between individuals.
Restriction on magazine capacity beyond the current 30 rounds.
FOID, whatever that is.
In short, as long as these proposed laws weren't any more restrictive than current Ohio law, then I may be willing to listen.
Maybe...
How can cities and states pass these restrictive laws?
Doesn't the First Amendment right to Freedom of Speech apply to magazines as well as newspapers?
