PSA-I just called S&W to ask about getting the 4567 I'll be getting soon refinished. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly, very knowledgeable-knew all about the pistol-but said as of now they are not taking any new refinish work.

I do not know their exact sked, but they have closed down for a couple weeks in the summer for quite some time. Try again in September

Sent in a revolver the first week of April. Didn't get my estimate in the mail until sometime in July. I authorized the full get-to-it, and I am patiently waiting, LOL.
