American Outdoor Brands Corp announced it is spinning off Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. (SWBI) as the firearm manufacturer, and the non gun outdoor products will be under the AOBC. It's good to again see the Smith & Wesson name in the stock market.

Yes it is. However, the media and general populations view, guns are the killers and are horrible just like tobacco is. With no accessory product support them like their former company, it can be tough.
I hope they can succeed, I want them to. The view of guns has to change in the minds of the people. Fake news media keeps selling how bad guns are and how we don't need to protect ourselves. You know the drill.

Funny how buyers defy the evil gun BS when their family and property are in danger.

Gun stocks are getting to be just as bad as oil stocks. They go up during panic buying and once the panic passes and the market is super saturated, the stocks plunge. I suspect the gun stocks will stay high until after the election. Then we'll see.

Wonder how many of the new gun owners will catch the collector bug?
When the RUB (Rich Urban Biker) craze hit in the '90s a lot of us were licking our chops at the thought all the cheap, low mile Harleys that were going to flood the market when the outlaw lawyers & accountants got tired of 'em.
Never happened.
