S&W Pistol Case Latch Source?

Maybe not the right sub-forum, but I'm trying to find a latch to replace a lost one on a blue plastic S&W pistol case, size medium. The case sticker says Model 442, for what it's worth.

I emailed S&W and have gotten no response at all.

Unless you can find the manufacturer of said case I doubt you will be able to find a latch. I highly doubt S&W stocks parts for a plastic pistol case that they buy. You did not post a picture so I can only guess at what case you have. You might actually be better buying another one on eBay and calling it a day. If you buy one in poor condition for a cheap price, well there's your donor latch.

One of the many advantages of the cardboard boxes S&W has taken to using--no moving parts.

Worst case you can get another plastic box:

OP here. Yeah, that Midway link shows the exact case. It has "Smith & Wesson" molded into it and the latch has a S&W emblem. I've looked it over closely and can't find any other manufacturer's markings.

The case from midway is only $13.79 so there’s a solution. Or you could check eBay for a case to donate a latch.
