Here's my E-Series SW1911TA. I installed some dirty-olive VZ Operator II grips, replaced the ambi-safety with a Wilson Combat Bullet Proof single-side, put in a Wolff 18.5lb recoil spring (will probably go back to 17lb) and I discovered the plunger tube was loose about 400 rounds ago...Shot it through a training class with the loose tube and no ill effects. Had our armorer re-stake the tube and we'll see if it holds but I have a couple 10-8 plunger tubes if we need to replace it.

It had two hiccups within the first 50 rounds, then went about 500 rounds of Winclean, ball, and Ranger-T duty ammo without a hitch.

I had to shoot a fair amount of Federal HST during that recent training class and had a couple fail-to-feeds on the last round of the mag. I think it's the profile of the round combined with the lesser resistance of the almost empty mag because I came back and ripped through a bunch of Ranger-Ts again with no issues. I've heard of a few departments having more reliability issues after moving from Ranger-Ts to HSTs, so I truly do think it's the ammo.

Overall I'm very happy with it.

I had a nagging feeling today telling me to go to the local Cabeles.
I walked into the gun library and seen a nice 6906 tucked way in the back on the bottom shelf. The tag said $320......... Well you all know what happened next.

Yep you guessed it I have a new EDC.[emoji7]

Here are my Two.

Number 182 of 250 International Edition.

I fired a few Hundred rounds down range so far and I am really enjoying it.
The Pistols Hammer, Trigger, & Mainspring Housing are in a safe place.
