Called S&W on Monday to order the frame plug on 40ve...the guy on the phone asked, "whats the part # and whats your address" gave him the info, he said ill get one out to you". I said thanks and have a great day. Came home from work and the part is in the mailbox. IMPRESSIVE!!!Man you gotta love dealing with a company like this one.

That's really good to know. I am going to pick up my SW40VE tomorrow, and service like that is very appreciated!
