I can't find .38 S&W.
What would it take to convert this to. 38 special ?
How much would it costs ?
And who will do it for me ?

The best way to convert a 38 S&W Victory to 38 Special is to replace the cylinder and probably the barrel as well. The 38 S&W case and bullet is slightly larger in diameter than the 38 Special. Some say they shoot OK with just a cylinder change, but the barrel size is more like .360 on the 38 S&W while it is .357 for the 38 Special.

38 S&W ammo is available and you can also reload for this caliber. This would keep the gun in original condition which would help hold its value as a collector.

Hope this helps.

AMMO

If looking for ammo for it is a drag, I'll buy it if the price is even close to right! Got any pics?
