You're right, we got left out completely!!Had mine out last week shooting it some, going out again this weekend with it. It was a gift to me from a very good friend.

I came with the finger groove grips (which I put away), because these feel so much better to my hand.

I have been waiting a week since the 624 on 6/24 thread to post my Model 631. My calendar seems to be missing that date. Oh well.
A Model 631, 4 inch, 32 Magnum. I had a need.
Another 20 days and I can post my Model 651

The link below does a good job of educating one on the 631 S&W's.

I think most if not all were made in 1990, but I'm no expert on them.

My box has a Spec Ord code of 0100.
Converts to 10 April 1990. Tuesday.
BD's gun with a Spec Ord 0103 was a Friday gun. They were in a hurry to get done and that may be why his has such a short barrel and no sights.
