No bayonet lug. It does have an adjustable sight, but it's not staked in. I believe a flip sight is correct.

I saw one at the Orlando gun show on Sunday . Are you ready for this , talk about sticker shock . They were asking $2500 , which I don't know if that's fair or totally out of this world .

Saginaw Gears started using the Type III (adjustable rear) sight at S/N 6,060,000. They were PI marked. So yes, with a 3,000,000 S/N it would have been a flip sight.

The lGS here gets a lot of firearms from Sheriffs Sales. Some are pretty beat, and some are not.

They are going up and up. Do not know how much the market will bear at this point. I started out buying them for $300-$400 over twenty years ago.

I see them for around 1k quite often. I remember paying 189.00 for a nice rebuild back in the 90's.
