My husband inherited a Finnwolf VL63 243 cal and we went to the range to shoot it today. This rifle hasn't been fired in 40 years! Look at the results!

Well, it is a Sako...they shoot well. :)

But this the first I've seen anyone shoot and report on the Finnwolf model. Thanks. I think it's a better rifle than the similar Winchester M-88.l

I have never shot a rifle in my life... or used a scope, the Finnwolf makes anyone look good and it's really easy to use with very little recoil and a BIG boom [emoji95] made everyone at the range stop and look [emoji102]!

My dad bought one gently used in 243 off a guy at work. He had
a Browning BLR that he bought new, and was proud of. The BLR
would outshot Win 88s. The SAKO out shot the BLR with both
85g and 100gr bullets. Dad kept the SAKO and traded of the BLR.
From that point on we started buying SAKO, mostly B/As, never
got a bad one.

Great rifles and dependable Sako accuracy. Finnwolf rifles are much sought after by Sako collectors. Congratulations to you and your husband!

Great caliber too!
