My youngest daughter and I went to the Union Grove gunshow and saw my friend John chatted with him for awhile, he seems to be doing ok. Then we walked the gunshow saw some decent guns but nothing I wanted to take home. I did buy an EOTEC raid jacket for $60.00 bucks with the liner and my daughter bought a pocket knife.

Then took both of my daughters to Shooters and ended up buying a ruger GP100 Talo edition for a decent price. One clerk called it the Wiley Clapp edition. He asked me if i knew who Wiley Clapp was I said he was an author and maybe a retired LEO, no no no he was the character played by Clint Eastwood in the good the bad and the ugly.

I just sighed and went to another clerk to give my money to.

Otherwise it was a pretty good day with my daughters and a friend.

Some my best times are with my son and granddaughters; be it shooting, camping or playing poker (they are pretty good). The girls are smart they tell me to wait in the truck when it's time to go clothes shopping. My best day was taking them to the range, then out for Chinese food and a chick flick.
