Saw something I had never seen before a sku 12601 magnum survival kit

I stopped at a local gun store today and saw something I didn’t know existed, it was a sku 12601 a smith 360j survival kit. It was a 360j in 357 in a large orange case, orange grips, two waterproof containers, one with first aid kit in it, and one with a survival kit in it. The 360j had a non fluted cylinder, think of it as a small 460es. It was marked at 799, if anyone is interested pm me. I wonder how many of these were made?

I think those are made as service weapons for export to Japan, thus the "j" in the model number.

I have seen them, not as well known as the .44/.460/.500 Bear Survival guns.

The same model in .38 Special was reportedly made for Japanese law enforcement but were either not delivered or overruns were sold here.

Probably only a letter of authenticity may give you a production number.
