To preface my experience with scopes let me state that I have shot one form or another of shooting competition for the past forty years. Including benchrest where scope performance is very important. Nor wanting to pay more for a scope than the gun cost, I chose a scope that I have had good luck with ever since the ceo changed at the company. I'm talking about the line that used to put out nothing but junk, but has really improved. I am using a 4 - 16 side focus BSA Majestic scope. Could not ask for more from a scope. Adjustment turrents are click adjustable. Click eight clicks at 50 yards and bullet strike move exactly one inch { 1/4 moa } Three hash line under crosshair for long distance. Instructions state the first hash line is 235 yards for 223. Second 320 yards and third 390 yards. So i should be good out to 400 yards. My M15 is going to be a multi purpose rifle. Plinking for fun. Hogs for sport. Coyotes to protect cattle {especially calves}. Coyotes and foxes will be the longest shot {300} yards accross pasture}. Pics to follow after I am through setting up rifle.
