scope help

Got a 15-22 MOE the other day, looking for a scope for it.. with so many different choices my head is starting to spin. Basically what I'm looking for is something under 150 dollars, with illuminated reticle. Just varmint hunting and range stuff so I imagine 50 to 150 yard. I understand for that kind of money I'm not gonna get the best scope in the world, but is still like the most bang for my buck... I'd also like to keep the ability to use my flip up sights if possible, not sure that it is mount-wise. Thanks for the help folks
