Scope Question

How would this scope work out
4x28 IR Multi-Rail Electro Sight Barska

And would I need the extra mounting piece in the forst pic here to mount it.

Oh. that looks nice. I should have gotten one of those. dammit.

1. The mount, imo, brings the optic up to a more comfortabl position
2. imo, it looks better, like it's meant to be.

The two BARSKA products I have had, one is just OK. The other the reticule was canted and real fuzzy and had to be returned.

I am not a big fan of Barska products.

If I might make a suggestion, why buy the Barska when you can have something of much better value and for nearly the same price here;

Here is another option I was looking at

NCStar 3-9x42 Illuminated Red Green Compact Rifle Scope SEECR3942R FREE S&H SEECR3942R. NcSTAR Riflescopes.

I have that exact scope and it is sharp and clear. You'll need the riser from them also. I like the mil-spec reticule an the lighted ones are great for low light situations. I also have a green laser from them, this scope allows you to site it in in seconds, allowing you to see the dot clearer(I am old and vision is going fast). Sited the scope at 25 yards and the laser at 15.
