I think it'd be correct to say he owned a S&W 9mm:D which is now owned by the TSA.

I go thru may bags multiple times before heading to the airport to ensure i'm not inadvertently carrying on a bottle of shampoo let alone something that's really on the naughty list.
And if I'm carrying, I'm gonna know where my gun is at all times.

I read about this happening often enough with stars and athletes (getting caught by TSA with a handgun); sorry but I don't think I can feel sorry for them.

my .02 only.

But I will say that I don't even feel my shield in my pocket holster. I forget it's there.
I almost walked into a court house building with it once. I saw the metal detectors inside the door and went back to lock it in my truck.

"I FORGOT"

How lame is the I forgot excuse? Rocker Rick Derringer got caught doing it a while back & stated he has been carrying handguns in his carry on bags for decades, & he travels alot. Scary stuff if true. TSA has been great nailing me for the dangerous stuff like water/shampoo/aftershave.

I pretty much know where ALL my guns are ALL the time
Right now one on my hip
One at the smiths for a little work
The other multiple hand and long guns are ALL locked in the safe. Except my Break Barrel 22 air rifle it is in the corner of the closet in the bedroom and my CO2 pistol is in the Garage where I plink it in the back yard. That accounts for um all.
FYI no kids in my place.
