SD9VE/Sigma SW9VE Parts Compatibility ?

How much, if any, parts interchange is there between the new SD9VE and the older Sigma SW9VE? I was specifically interested in parts like recoil spring assemblies, slide releases, and slide cover plates.

When I had issue with using the Apex Spring Kit in my SD at an IDPA Match, I switch complete slide from my Sigma onto my SD to finish the match and there was no problem.
