Selling ammo question.

I live in Ohio and know FTF private guns sells are legal, but what about ammo? Are ther any laws to stop me from selling a couple of cases of ammo I don't need anymore?

I have often wondered about selling reloaded ammo. It seems like someone is always talking about the high cost of ammo but doesn’t reload for whatever reason.

I like to reload but what about the liability?

Liability would be there as would be the need for expensive insurance. Reloading ammo for sale I believe requires a federal license. Local laws would have to be looked into also.

FTF in Ohio shouldn't be any problem. If you were shipping out of state, then there could be issues. Some cities prohibit ammo shipments.
