Ser number help

I picked up a very nice 4" mod 19 last week and cannot find ser number info in my SCSW. It is a 4" blue NON P&R ser number ACS11xx. Can anyone help me with a ship date? Thanks

Probably shipped mid-year 1983. You have to read between the lines all serial number suffixes are not listed. Hope that helps.

serial numbers are listed in ranges from known dates - you have to deduce a little...
