serial number help

sorry, fellows, I know there are other threads regarding serial numbers and date of shipments.. but after I figured out how to log in to the forum I could not find them again. I must be getting old, this stuff is hard to navigate for me. I have my Dad's K-38 Combat Masterpiece and I wanted to know the date it was made (or shipped) Serial #K 206906 Many thanks, muchas gracias.
