I found a nice no dash a few months ago. It had Pachmayr grips which I didn't like so I have been searching.

I wanted combat style grips. looked at the Thai stuff on eBay. They looked pretty good and were decently priced. Looked at Eagles for a while, just didn't pull the trigger.

Last week I saw a set of Ahrends on Accurate Shooter. Turns out it was someone I knew that was local but I was in Florida on the beach last week. Picked them up today.

Like the look. They are just a little bit on the small side for me. I can make them work but I wish they were a little fatter.

Those look really nice! I'm a big fan of smooth wood grips. Those don't look really small.

old pic but YES,,,,they do fit me

Still pick up spares when I can afford them. Currently, a member has a nice lot on the WTS.

I had a pair of those exact grips on my 4 " 24-3. I sold the gun recently, but I put factory grips on it prior to the sale. Those are finger groove tactical, I also have smooth tacticals, on my 6" 66. I honestly can't decide which I like better. They both feel awesome.

I was fortunate to pick up this one and only set of Ahrend’s a few years ago…shown on my 66-4…

A slim fit was one of the things I liked best about Kim Ahrend's grips , not all of us have large hands and I never had to slim one of his grips down . His Retro Combat's in Dark Reddish Cocobolo are my favorite .
The model 58 in my avatar is wearing a set ... they are nice to shoot with too.

Your's look realy nice ... I'm sure they will work out !

Ahrends grips were always beautiful and well worth the money, if they fit your hands. I found them to be too thin from side to side when I tried a set. I ended up giving them to a gent from here on the forums. I hope he is still enjoying them.
