Shaquille O'Neal wants more cops in schools but not a ban on AR-15 rifles

"Shaquille O'Neal is a Florida resident who has long expressed an interest in law enforcement, and as such, he was asked on a radio show Wednesday for his take on the recent mass shooting at a Parkland, Fla., high school and the subsequent efforts by students there to advocate for gun-related legislation.

The basketball analyst and former NBA star said he was very much supportive of the students, but while he wanted more "police officers in schools," he was opposed to a ban on the semiautomatic rifle used in Parkland and at other mass shootings."

I thought he was in Georgia. I believe that's where I read he is considering running for Sheriff in Henry county, north of Atlanta. Yep, gotta like him for that.
