Got my Shield 40 Saturday for my 21st birthday, just got back from the range with it. I'm in love! One question though, will the springs in the magazines loosen at all? If not is there an easy loader out there for it?

I second the UpLula. They will loosen up a little over time. Congrats on your new gun.

Might loose a little tension, over time, but don't count on them losing much tension. My Shield 40 is almost two tears old, and the springs are still might strong. I also use the Uplula and it works great.
