Shield build date?

Looking at this m&p shield wanted to know how to tell the built date

Do you have the box? The build date is on the label.
Early Shields have a 4-Digit Build Code.
Later Shields have a 6-Digit MMDDYY Build code.

If you bought used and don't have the box, email the Serial number to S&W CS and they will tell you.

My serial number is HVX3722 which has a build date of 04-27-15. Not sure if this helps.
